Refund Policy

We want you to love Hvile. However, because all financial transactions for our Hvile subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly.
1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an in-app purchase, you must contact Apple Support directly. This is the standard procedure for all iOS applications:
- Visit [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find Hvile in your purchase history and select 'I'd like to request a refund.'
- Select a reason and submit.
2. Subscription Trials
If you are on a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a subscription period starts, Apple generally considers the sale final, though they may make exceptions at their discretion.
